Since its establishment in 2002, Dubeon Corporation has been reducing the capital equipment expenses for customers through refurbished high quality test and measurement equipment, handlers, and testers used in the semiconductor and electronics industry. It is our philosophy to provide the best products at a competitive price. While semiconductor wafer and package equipment testing has been our primary market, we also offer electrical and electronic components as well as other consumables.

The company's growth coupled with the expansion of our product portfolio enable us to provide cost-effective and application-specific solutions for your electrical, electronics, automation, and instrumentation and control requirements.  We continue to leverage our expertise in the products we sell and provide on-time delivery and excellent after-sales support.
