🌱 Commitment & Accountability Tree

Owners laid the foundation through their leadership pledge, department heads strengthened the branches with their commitments, and each employee placed a leaf representing their personal promise.

This growing tree became a symbol of unity—showing that our future is built when every person chooses care, ownership, and integrity.

🏗️ Build With Purpose: The Spaghetti Tower Challenge

Teams worked with spaghetti, tape, yarn, and a marshmallow to build the tallest freestanding tower. This activity tested creativity, resilience, and teamwork under pressure, reminding us that real success requires balance, structure, and a willingness to learn from every attempt.

Honoring Our Champions

The day concluded with the Awarding of Champions, recognizing individuals whose consistency, passion, loyalty, and leadership embody the very heart of Dubeon. Their stories of service, resilience, and excellence continue to inspire all of us to rise higher.
