Making it the BEST solution for specific application.

Pneumatic materials, notably rubber, degrade over time from exposure to sunlight, oxygen, and heat aging, resulting in brittleness, cracking, and loss of elasticity.

These factors can lead to reduced performance and potential failure of pneumatic components. Adjacent components' maintenance and grease application can also accelerate degradation or cause adverse reactions depending on the materials involved.

Upon actual inspection, we have considered our client's specific requirements for their pneumatic system, including the environmental conditions and operating parameters. Additionally, we took into account the compatibility with other system components.

Based on our assessment, we recommended replacing the current fittings with Chibin's 316 stainless steel fittings, which offer superior resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and harsh chemicals. Furthermore, we suggested using high-temperature and chemical-resistant polymer tubing, due to its excellent properties, making it the best solution for this specific application.
